Layered Strawberry Crepe Cake

This flavor-rich layered strawberry crepe cake is a easy treat for any time of the year. Each slice packs a big punch in the filling department, lending the desert well for sharing with friends. Recipe
Crepes
- 2 cups Bisquik
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
Mix together all three ingredients. Heat skillet and grease. Spread fairly thin layer of crepe mixture on pan surface. Let it cook, flipping when ready. Repeat until all mixture is cooked.
Frosting
- 2 blocks cream cheese
- a bit of milk
- a bit of powdered sugar
Mix together all ingredients in right portions wanted for frosting.
Assembling Cake
- 1 lb strawberries
Cut one pound of strawberries into slices. Build crepe stack by spreading frosting across top of each crepe and stacking on top of each other, adding strawberries as desired. Once all crepes have been stacked, spread frosting on top of stack and fill with strawberry slices. Garnish with whipped cream.
