Who could resist this amazing dish? Not me!

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs

Mix together all three ingredients. Heat skillet and grease. Spread fairly thin layer of crepe mixture on pan surface. Let it cook, flipping when ready. Repeat until all mixture is cooked.

Layers and layers of crepes, stacked up and up

  • 2 blocks cream cheese
  • a bit of milk
  • a bit of powdered sugar

Mix together all ingredients in right portions wanted for frosting.

It’s okay to blob the frosting onto the stack… It all ends up in the same place!

Assembling Cake

  • 1 lb strawberries

Cut one pound of strawberries into slices. Build crepe stack by spreading frosting across top of each crepe and stacking on top of each other, adding strawberries as desired. Once all crepes have been stacked, spread frosting on top of stack and fill with strawberry slices. Garnish with whipped cream.

Thick layers of crepes, just dying to be broken into and eaten!
